Changing your account and store settings

On the account management areas, you can execute all the administrative tasks required to maintain and monitor your online store. Account management options area available by selecting the dropdown box on the top right of your management interface.

Account: To edit your username, password and user details
Staff: To add additional users that can access and maintain your store
Plans: To change your subscription plan
Templates:  To change the theme of your store
Logout: To exit your store maintenance area

You can change all these details from this page.

  • Change your Password: Press this button to change your current password
  • Username: This is the username to access your store management area
  • Email: The email where you will receive any store notification
  • Name: Your name details
  • Address: Your address details

Staff: Adding more users to manage your store
acc31) To add another user to your store management area, press the “Add Moderator” (Staff) button.
2) Fill in all the details for your new user (Username and desired password, Name and Address, and Settings). On Settings, always select Moderator.
3) Access Permissions – This column allows you to select which sections of your Store will be visible and open for management by the Moderator you are adding.

4)Force Relogin” will logout all your current store moderators.
