Can I manage the comments on my Blog articles?

Once a comment has been posted to one of your blog articles, you can see its content, state, publish date and the name of the user who wrote in Blog >> Comments. Alerts/notifications will show on your store maintenance area alerting you for new comments on your blog articles.

Approving, marking or deleting comments

1)
Select the checkbox next to the comment you want to manage.
2) Click the Tools button and choose one of the available options:

  • approve
  • mark as spam
  • mark as pending
  • delete

If you created only articles without adding them to a blog, the customers will not be able to comment your articles.
